Healing Light Therapies Description
Reflexology is a complementary therapy where the therapist works on reflex areas of the feet that correspond to all organs, glands and parts of the body. It can assist with relieving stress and tension, improve blood and nerve supply and help achieve internal health and balance.
The Bowen Technique is suitable for all, from new borns to elderly patients. The practitioner makes light rolling-type moves over specific muscle, during the session there are short breaks where the practitioner leaves the room, this is to allow the Client's body to rest and respond to the gentle moves. It can be used to help rebalance, relieve tension and reduce pain.
Reiki is healing with Universal Life Energy. Where there is a energetic blockage within our body, the Universal Life Energy flows through the affected area and charges it with positive energy, clearing out the negative energy causing the blockage. In doing this, Reiki clears and heals the energy pathways, allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.
Diamond Inguz Light Energy is a very powerful energy that brings balance and integration of our physical, emotions, mental and spiritual aspects.
DARE is an intuitive clinical therapy that works on all Spiritual, Cellular, Mental and Emotional levels to clear out old patterns and behaviour beliefs, bringing about a quick, effortless and efffective resolve for the Client. Challenges occur from a build up of stress, shock and past events that leave people feeling out of control and vulnerable. Emotions cause physical disorder and blockages. Emotions create mental and emotional patterns. DARE releases these emotions with "grace and ease" and clears the effects of past impacts allowing the Client and Soul to move on without this excess baggae holding them back.
I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists.
I hold Public Liability and Malpractice Insurance through Alan Boswell Group.
I hold a current First Aid Certificate.

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided over the weekend to, for the time being, no longer see clients face-to-face.
I am still happy to work with Clients via Skype or FaceTime or phone - it is not ideal however can help relieve anxieties in the short term.
I am doing Skype sessions this morning and have had positive feedback with similar sessions over the weekend.

We are now in uncharted territory as schools are closed and our young people are being educated from home while we juggle work / maintaining some sort of normality in completely abnormal times.
Lots of people are experiencing social and personal anxiety over the uncertainty and situation we currently find ourselves in.
I understand. I see it.
... I am here to help, offering phone and Skype relaxation and therapy sessions to reduce and relieve anxiety and help maintain balance, peace and tranquility as we navigate through the next few weeks and months.

I am able to do some sessions by phone / Skype and can offer some relaxation sessions by phone to help alleviate some of the stress and fear.
