I needed a lifestyle change. With a trainer I can make it to the gym but sleep and nutrition have been a problem for most of my adult life. Health by science offered me help with all of the above.
They change the content of the gym sessions every six weeks keeping it fresh and engaging and they can show you the progress you have made.
My sleep and nutrition have improved thanks to them and no matter what, they always find the positives which help you stay motivated and encouraged to make the changes to get the results you want
Their knowledge is current and they can answer all my questions which I found really refreshing.
They are also very accommodating with times that work around my shift pattern.
Altogether I am really grateful for their support and I would highly recommend the Health by Science experience.

With a combination of Physio and Training Health by Science have really helped with my knee rehab. Long term overuse injuries are a real annoyance and difficult to resolve but with consistent progress and careful load management I have really seen a difference. I couldn’t be more happy!

Having not trained for a couple of years and being the wrong side of 50 I was a bit apprehensive at getting going again. Ross at H by Sci made it very easy and enjoyable. The training sessions are safe, effective and tailored to my abilities and limitations. I like the good humoured encouragement approach rather than the blind, pushing to the limit, of previous exercise regimes. Coupled with great nutrtional advice I'm feeling better than I have in years. The guys are heavily into the science of well being and are always researching and posting interesting articles. Great, professional training! Stuart and his colleagues take a comprehensive, tailored approach to training. That means helping each client look at the whole picture--personal goals and motivation, strengths and stumbling blocks--in order to come up with a plan that works, and sticks. For me, that's meant having a weight-lifting routine I actually enjoy doing, a vegetarian lifestyle that (after 25 years) actually includes enough protein, and the feeling of being stronger than ever.
