Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Scotland 's aim is to support and develop HR and OD staff to improve people management and development contribution in healthcare and ultimately to improve healthcare. By networking and sharing best practice across the whole of NHS Scotland, we will promote the highest standards in HR practice. HPMA Scotland are a branch of HPMA UK which was set up over 40 years ago and has over 4000 members UK wide.
