On two occasions now I’ve been given an AM appointment for an engineer to arrive between 8:30am-1:00pm. I have taken time off of work on both occasions and the engineer has not turned up within the allocated time slot with the explanation being given as ‘these things happen’. Last time he was half an hour late and today I have been waiting for 5 hours and he is yet to show. I’ve now got to return from my half day taken off of work and heat care oil and gas have informed me i’ll have to reorganise for another day although they have failed to deliver a service on their part. Extremely disappointed with the customer care and if it wasn’t for the insurance having a direct link as sub contractors I would avoid using this company again because of this experience.

very bad customer service had no heating for a week temporary fixes which didn't even last 4 hours nobody seemed to care when on the phone and was giving portable heaters that u could have on for a long period of time because of them over heating

Excellent Service from Heatcare. Staff are extremely courteous and kind and provide expert assistance when needed.

Engineer diagnosed issue with boiler. Fitted part as soon as it had arrived. Boiler working as good as when installed 9 years ago. They can't hold stock of parts for all boilers so for some fixes there might be a delay while part is ordered. Engineer phoned to say when on way so I was able to minimise time waiting around which was great.

this company never stick to appointments, i have had to take three days of annual leave to accomidate them and they just do not turn up. or turn up at times i have not agreed to. they fitted a new boiler, ripped out walls and fitted pipes out side of walls, now making it impossible for me to get a fridhe freezer into the space, fitted new flue that rattles in the wind and left me 3 weeks with bare pipes and bare flue having ripped out the walls. they were rude, and threw my belongings around like they were rubbish and that's while i was in. i had to ask a male neighbor to come down as i was so intimidated. and to add insult to injury they broke my canvass wardrobe that was litter over a month old and tried to hide it. they do the jobs in such a ways as to make it easier for them selves. avoid this company. utter cowboys, complaints have been lodged with both the company and the housing association who use them. a close friend who is a gas safe engineer looked at the work and said if it was one of his employees they'd be handed their P45. as did my friend who is a Clark of works for another organisation.

Had some major problems with my boiler. Even though parts were hard to get hold of & there were multiple faults, Darren (The company owner) & his team perservered to get the job sorted. Only small criticism was it took a bit longer than I'd have hoped to get up and running with the time taken to order parts (otherwise this would have been 5 stars) - Thanks for all your help!

Excellent response time, despite being called out in the evening. Engineer was very helpful and had everything sorted quickly. Most efficient service that I have encountered before. Highly reccommend. Thank you Heatcare!
