Heather Hill is a comedy writer, author and mum of five (not the band).
She is the author of three comedy novels: The New Mrs D, I Hate That You Bloody Left Me and The Advice Bucket.
She has produced work for live performance on the behest of several local comedy acts, including Scotland’s only blind comedian, who went on to win an award show using some of her work. She has also written a play, and two sitcom pilots. She is studying the MA in TV Fiction Writing, having won the only scholarship for the course offered in the whole of the UK by BBC Scotland. Heather is one of a rare kind; the rare kind being one of the 0. 5% of females that is ever so slightly colour-blind. She is known to have been prevented from leaving the house with dark blue eyebrows on at least one occasion.
