We were supporting a charity cycle ride in aid of the Injury on Duty Pensioners Association and we had a gear hanger failure at Tatnuit.

We called & took the bike in for assessment & repair, which was not only done very efficiently by them, but as we were a charity, without any labour costs.

We are very appreciative of their help and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing bikes, parts, or repairs.

Thanks very much for a great service, got the bike back yesterday and took it for a good run. It's running great and not felt that fast in a long time. My trusty steed is back to its best thanks again.

Put my bike month or so ago for a service and check although should have done it earlier but I took it out today for a proper cycle in chilly day apart from the heater not working the bike was running sweet. Big Cheers regards Leo

Ordered a new climbers wheel for my Propel, a 2017 wheel. It wasn’t available anymore but Alex honoured the deal and fitted a 2018 wheel and fitted a tyre and inner tube effectively free of charge. Wheel was in within 2 days of the order. Top class service, many thanks�

My second Review :) . I would just like to say a huge thanks to Alex and Kirsteen once again for great service . They managed to track down and supply a Liv Thrive 1 for my wife in time for Christmas , it looked like a tall order , but Kirsteen even took time out on her day off to get this bike for us , and it is very much appreciated , great shop , great owners , 5 star service as usual . Just picked up my Giant Toughroad SLR 2 this morning . What a beautiful bike , looked stunning just standing in the shop , flat matt paint job really suits it . Haven't had a lot of time on it , but so far it feels really smooth , handling is precise , very comfortable riding position , so pleased and thank you to the guys and girls in the shop for a wonderful buying experience , very knowledgeable and this confirms my belief that you should always buy from a specialist shop , rather than a large multi , or online store , 10 out of 10 , or in this case 5 out of 5 as you can only give 5 stars :)

Just bought 3 bikes and a balance bike from Alex plus some accessories. First class honest service. I haven't been on a bike in years and I'm somewhat unfit but Alex was very encouraging and the bike was very smooth. Plus I made it up the big hill to bring it home which was a major achievement in itself. I can see this being a regular shop to update bikes for our kids! Thanks for everything Alex and family xx

I am cycling between the National 3 Peaks and had some issues with my bike when arriving in Balloch - I cycled over to Helensburgh and asked if my bike could be looked at - 40 minutes later I was back on my way all sorted - great and friendly customer service I would thoroughly recommend the store

Bought my regular commuter ride (Giant Roam 3 Hybrid) approximately 6 months ago from the shop. A great bike, but was in need of a good service especially with winter descending on us. It's a sign of a cracking job when you feel like you're riding a new bike again! Nice one guys!
