Amazing transformation on this project in Edinburgh. Before and after pictures for this K Rend job
A hp12 base coat was used as it gives better adhesion to clay bricks . It was given granite primer as part of the system then a 1.5mm silicone thin coat system in colour granite was then applied This system is fully meshed for reinforcement strength.

A few pictures from a recent job we were on . The old roughcast had a lot of boss areas and was stripped off and first coated. Old window cills removed with new ones put back . Steel beams were inserted above the windows to help support the old brick work above . New gutters and down pipes as well as new verge strip for the slates to stop rain water getting behind the roughcast on the gables as there was no overhang .
