We recently purchased Henderson's Deluxe Steak pack & got it delivered. We ordered just before midnight and had our pack delivered just after 2pm the next day. Customer service & communication were excellent. So far we've had the sirloin steak served with the Diane sauce, oven steak (made into a Thai curry), stir fry with the Alabama marinade (as fajitas) and the New York strip steaks. Everything we've had has been top quality, delicious and tender. The Deluxe pack definitely tastes luxurious & top quality. My husband commented tonight that our steaks were of restaurant quality. Looking forward to trying the rest of our pack. Would highly recommend.

We bought the £29 protein pack which looks and tastes amazing. Couldn't believe how much food we left with for such a small cost, it is 10 times better than any supermarket taste and value wise and I wont be going anywhere else from now on. The staff here are also super friendly and efficient �.

Service, staff, shop all impeccable!! Got the £29 lean protein pack for 2 ..and the meat is of great quality-had the burgers & rump sizzlers, awesome!!! I live in Glasgow and i will be ordering online every 2weeks & picking it up! Wouldnt shop anywhere else now!! Fab food for the diet/healthy eating x �

Ordered the £59 protein pack and a couple extras. Placed order around 9am and the food was delivered and in my fridge by midday seriously can't get better than that considering I live in Falkirk! Only fault would be that I chose venison burgers and got beef but everything looks amazing and delivery was so quick so not a big deal. Can't wait to try it all!

Ordered the £29 protein pack and every single meat we ordered was delicious esp the pork chops. Came in vaccum packed packets which is a great space saver if uve got a small freezer. Will be placing a new order this week....only place for buying my meats from now on � amazing �

Ordered our Christmas ribeye steaks and pigs and blankets and can honestly say my father in law is so fussy after trying several competitors Henderson’s was definitely the best had an amazing dinner courtesy of your amazing dedicated team. Will be placing our order for New Years dinner. Empty plates happy face and amazing meat Thank you �

Ordered a buffet for my sons 1st communion and everyone commented on it everything was fresh and everything was lovely, wouldn’t go anywhere else now so pleased and delivered on time too thanks again x

Just had my very first delivery tonight I will most certainly be shopping again 5 star service on the delivery so friendly and professional then the food one word AWESOME!!! Rib eye was delicious and I never thought I would here my husband say he could have eaten a plate of veg because they where the best he had ever tasted super fresh ! Well done Henderson’s �����

I never post reviews but in this instance I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. Genuinely the best butchers I’ve ever came across. Meats are fantastic. Will now be ordering from them all the time especially since they deliver. Cannot rate this butcher highly enough. I feel lucky to have found them via a friend recommendation

Had travelled up from Ayrshire and service was second to none especially from a woman (who we unfortunately didn’t catch her name) who couldn’t have done enough to help us about a cake query that was the original reason for our travel. Her attention to detail and customer care to others in the shop didn’t go unnoticed and adds to why we will definitely return.

Absolutely first class. Thankyou for the amazing buffet delivered fresh and perfect despite the heat.

been to the shop a few times and decided to have a delivery when it arrived 2 items were missing emailed them and next day i was home from work got a chap on the door was my 2 missing items thank you steak was lovely

Ordered some meat online for collection. On the morning of collection we received a telephone call to say could we come at the later time of our slot (9-11am) as they'd been really busy. Arrived at 11.05, asked to return in 15 minutes which we did and we didn't receive our order until 11.55. When we complained it was a half hearted apology. Can understand its busy especially the good weather but why tell us to come at 11 if it wasn't ready?



On the plus side the food we have bought has been nice however the wait time would probably put me off ordering again.

I feel very deflated that I even need to write this, I have been a loyal customer of yours for awhile now but I am really not happy with my delivery this time.



First of all I entered a voucher code to get a free mango stir fry which I never received.



The pork stir fry we got had beef included in this not a massive issue but still not great to have beef in with the pork.



The burgers are not the same quality and I wouldn’t call them gourmet burgers, McDonald’s burgers are thicker than what we received this time, we like the thick burgers as we have eaten them for over a year.



The jumbo pork sausages normally we get 5 of these but this time we only received three of them and they tasted awful.



The jumbo sausage rolls 3pk were not the same size as we are used to, really disappointed that Greggs sausage rolls are on par with what we received.



I freeze my delivery on delivery day as I always have but now I am worried about the standard of the rest of the food this time, we are now looking to use another butchers.



Really poor customer service this time.

Have ordered a few times but this time very disappointed. Stir fry bland and barely any veg. Kebabs very poor just pepper no onion. For a slimming pack the meat was very fatty. Stew had a lot of fat def not slimming friendly. Sausages fab but im afraid the rest of the pack was poor quality and not what i would expect for a slimming pack will not use again.
