Put car in for first service and asked for handbrake to be checked under warranty as it was sticking on after remaining stationary in driveway overnight. When I came to pick the car up after the service I was told no fault could be found with the handbrake, however I noticed that the rear wheels had not been removed and therefore no checks had been carried out. Next morning handbrake still sticking, when I phoned and asked to talk to a manager I was told someone would phone me back - still waiting. Poor servicing and service.

very bad customer service, not completing work in time especially warranty work is not priority. took them 4 days to fit a part that any other garage would take maximum a day. not recommended to any body especially for warranty work.
