Extremely disappointing experience!!! Mother in law bought a car from Henry Honda, titwood road. Honda CRV year 2013, fairly new, ended with mechanical and electrical problems within a few months. They tried to diagnose what the issues are, took them two months to finally find out what was wrong with the car. The car was under warranty, covered all electrical and mechanical faults, this was clearly stated in the warranty document. However we are now liable to pay £900 for the diagnosis, which we were not even told about. The service manager Billy, has been very unhelpful and even rude, and we are extremely disappointed with the customer service we have received. We strongly advise that if you are going to buy a car from them, you check what is covered in the warranty, as we have suffered two months of torment and stress while dealing with them!!!
