We'll be concentrating on Kata and Pair work tonight, so bring your appropriate head(s).

All classes back to normal this week, time to work off that turkey etc...

Happy New Year everyone, hope 2020 is a great one for all.

Here are the dates of our Christmas holidays...
Last Class of the year will be on Saturday the 21st December and then we start up again as normal on Monday the 6th of January 2020.
Hope to see all of you over the next week or so running up to the 21st but if not have a great Christmas and New Year...

School holidays are nearly over, so your probably bored of being at home. Great excuse to come along to Karate Classes - they have been running over the Summer.
