Phoned ahead regarding a problem with my horsebox which I desperately needed to use. Was advised to bring it in with horse on board. A quick look under the bonnet, 2 parts ordered which arrived 15 mins later, mechanic took 10 mins to fit and completely resolve the problem - unbelievably prompt, helpful, friendly service.

Massive Thanks to the guys at Hermiston motor co. Managed to squeeze my van in today to fix problem with the gearbox. They understand how important it is for a tradesman to be back on the road ASAP ! Keep up the good work guys, see you in March for an MOT!

I use my horsebox for my business so it's very important it's kept healthy and on the road. I would have lost business if it wasn't for Hermiston Motor Company, on a couple of occasions I've found a fault the day before I'm due to transport horses on a long journey and I've called them to see if there's any way they can help, they said no problem bring it down and we'll see what we can do. I could not be happier with this garage – I bought a ‘ford transit custom’ from them this week and the service, quality and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. They made the whole process incredibly easy. The van was exactly as described, if not even better to be honest. I’d travelled six hours to the garage as I live in the north of Scotland and I was anxious as to what to expect when I arrived due to reading horror stories about other garages selling similar vans but the staff were all so helpful, the van was immaculate and they pointed out every tiny little mark on the body work, not that there were many (some I had not even noticed myself). Home now and very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend and will be using them again. Andy

I bought a Renault traffic from Ryan last year and got it at a great price . If was nice to be treated like a friend rather than feeling pressured in to buying . Everything was explained and told to take everything in to consideration that this was the correct vehicle for me .

When I collected the van it was super clean and tidy . Kenny went round the van showing me gadgets I never new it had . I was far from a customer when I left I felt more like part of there family.

Have had a few little warranty issues but however when you phone your told to bring it in straight away and have it fixed pronto .

I'd recommend these guys to anyone totally 110% devoted people and definitely made to feel welcome even if it's just on the passing for a cuppa and a blether �
