To help students get back into training after summer holidays, we're postponing September gradings.
We'll have regular lessons on Friday September 14 and Sunday September 16, and will announce new grading dates soon.
There won't be any Wednesday lessons in August this year.
We're taking a breather and helping people enjoy the sunshine! All Tuesday, Friday and Sunday lessons will go ahead as usual.
Black belt session Saturday was a study in take-downs, baseball bat & knife defence work. Only a small group this time, but we will look to roll this out at another session for adult colour belts in (hopefully) May. Thanks to the instructors Mr Sparrow, Mr Bragg and Mr Rogers. (PA)

After a successful trial, we've moved our Tuesday class to 8pm at Royston Leisure Centre.

An excellent grading for Mr. Bragg today. He successfully passed his grading which earned him a well deserved 3rd Degree (Sam Dan) Black Belt! Pil Sueng!
