Heyday

Heyday came to life through a shared concern about the problems and societal pressures that we see many mothers struggle with. These are our friends and family members who are facing a crisis heightened by the pandemic. It seemed the core issue was managing multiple roles without losing themselves as individuals and having enough time in the day. After months of in-depth chats and discovery calls with mothers, we realised they don't need help with time management. In fact, most of the mothers we met were time management gurus! Many articles have been written on this topic but what remains consistent is that it is invisible, and disproportionately carried by mothers (or those who take on [female-coded work] (https://annehelen. substack.com/p /what-to-actually-do-about-an-unequal)) in double working households. 🚀 We've deepened our focus and directed it to this issue, and while we are still listening and continually learning, we hope to support parents by lightening the mental load to find more balance and harmony. ❤️ Our vision and passion hasn't really changed.
