High St Merchants

Stopped off for lunch in Grantown On Spey and tried here. We were not disappointed!
We shared the Merchants and Local Cheese Platters. Both were extremely tasty and the produce was of high standard.
We also noted other people having the burgers which looked large and no doubt were of similar high quality.
Coupled with the friendly and welcoming staff, I can thoroughly recommend this establishment.

Beautiful local platter, coffee and muffin. Friendly, attentive staff. What more could you ask for from a cafe?

This is a great place to grab a bite to eat or a drink. The food is excellent and the selection of drinks, including beers (they have their own microbrewery) and wines is well thought out and selected. Very friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere additionally contribute to make this a place well worth a visit for anyone in the area.

Stopped off here for a quick coffee just before closing, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. The coffee was bloody good and reasonably priced too!

Wonderful place to eat and relax. Very friendly service. Food is good as is their home brewed beer ! Desserts are awesome :-)

The High St Merchants is one of my favourite places. From the lovely welcome you receive as you enter, to the amazing food, homemade cakes, real coffee and fabulous service. Donna and Colin have delivered something very special in the area. An added bonus is the tasteful artwork on display and the lovely gifts on offer. We're really looking forward to tasting their new Spey IPA and No.74 brews. My only complaint is that we're not able to visit more often.
