Had to stop in as an emergency today on our way home from holiday as my coolant warning light came on and on checking there was only about an inch of fluid left. From the min I walked through the doors every single member of the team were extremely helpful. Invited us all in for a coffee whilst the workshop manager took my car and topped up the coolant and even brought it back fully topped up with extra coolant incase we needed to stop to top it up on the way home. Cannot thank you all enough we arrived home safe thanks to you all. #highlandaudi #5starservice #thankyou

Seems to be quite a few really bad reviews on here,was in yesterday for a fix to a problem and the staff could not have been more helpful especially Conner, no complaints from my side keep up the good work guys and girls.

My first impressions of Highland Audi was really poor, when enquiring about my A4, but after requesting to talk to someone that new what they were talking about, the process was easy. Recently he car had to go back for a recall on the heater and as expected they tried to to get more money off me by recommending things that really didn’t need done. The car also was returned to me with a filthy interior (greasy fingerprints and dusty footprints on the B pillar.) A month later I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for my travel and accommodation to Inverness.

Very poor service when we bought a new A4. We go to Perth for all our servicing and warranty work.

Tried to book car in multiple times with up to a week in advance. Still not good enough, earliest appointment is 2 weeks away with only option to leave the car for a few days. Fair enough you cover a large area of the highlands but not everyone can leave a car and be able to get home and back to the garage again. Very frustrating! I realise you are busy but there has to be a better booking process for customers who may have quick fixes required.

Went in to see about upgrading, scandalise offer for my 12 month old car, which is more immaculate than the one you would get on the show room!! All new staff, manager wasn’t interested, looked down at his nose to me �clearly wasn’t enough for him that I bought a £48 Grand car from them 12 months ago!!! I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, absolute joke!! Commission robbing ��

Very poor , I ordered s brand new car last year and was told I would have 3 free services with this , law and behold drive through to Inverness today to have service and oil change to then be called to say there is no information on file about free services etc. Total unbelievable , will not be going here again , I will travel to audi Aberdeen or Glasgow ,

Really bad customer service! No one seemed to know how to sort the situation I had with audi and I left really unhappy and my complaint not sorted! The girls at the service department tell you one thing and then another girl at the same department will tell you something totally different.Also asked for quotes for a new set of tyres and which I am still waiting on as they haven't even bothered to phone me back so I have taken my custom else where!

Partner sent his car in for a service and they returned the car with a missing component. Don't live close enough to pick it up and they 'don't have any drivers going our way ', every time we call they don't have a solution and tell us they'll call us back which they don't. Worst service I've ever experienced!

Just to say thanks for being unable to help with my passenger window being stuck open in the middle of winter. Although my drivers window was fixed under warranty by yourselves apparently my passenger window is not covered for the same problem as my car is now 'too new'. Irrelevant of warranty or not I would of appreciated the offer to have this fixed as it has now been 4 days jammed open in snowy weather. Great customer service keep it up.

I had 2 previous A5s from highland Audi with no hassle. I seen an S5 in Harrogate that I wanted and was told they would get in touch with Harrogate to get the car, after being told they had been phoning them and not getting anyone for a week, I decided to phone Harrogate myself who said they hadn’t been contacted by highland Audi! I ended up getting my car directly from Harrogate Audi, I ended up with a better deal and got more for my car than highland Audi offered and they delivered up here for me!! I also got charged £130 by highland Audi to transfer my private plate last time but Harrogate charged the actual price dvla charge. So highland Audi got £50 in there pockets! Will never deal with highland Audi again!!
