Ordered my bike last Friday - arrived Tuesday and rode it to work for the first time this morning. Everything as advertised, quick delivery and best price on the web. Would certainly recommend!

Terrible service, ordered and payed for two bikes three weeks ago at the time I was advised both would be ready in a week and that they'd call me.

Three weeks on and no call from them, went into there shop today to be told there not ready! Very unhelpful member of staff have left still not really knowing when they will be ready. First and last time I will go to Highland Bikes. Back to Monster Bikes in the future where the service and helpfulness is outstanding.

A VERY disappointed customer. Be warned

Bought a bike and started my tour of Europe from Inverness. Shop took so long to respond to my order, and then when I called to cancel, hastily put the bike together for me to test ride. It was only later that I realised there are a lot of small problems I needed to tune/fix because of careless mechanical work at the start. I asked quite a few questions at the shop but was generally given quick answers. They promised to check about a front rack for me but they never called me back. When I emailed them to ask about this and a receipt for my pannier, there was no response. A shop that only cares about making sales and not about customer service. I still managed to cover 4000kms, but take your money elsewhere please!
