Our spirits are crafted through a combination of infusion and distillation in copper stills and use a wide variety of hand-picked Scottish flora. Highland Boundary spirits will appeal to gin and vodka drinkers and are great additions to your cocktail cabinet.

We take our name from the Highland Boundary fault that splits the lowlands from the Highlands of Scotland. By combining grain grown in the fertile lowlands with the untamed flavours of the Highlands we are distilling a new generation of Scottish spirits.
