TRAINING NOTICES:

- No EXPERIENCE necessary.

- KIDS CLUB - Children MUST be between 8 to 16 years of age to attend.

- Classes at Culloden Academy and the Inverness Leisure Centre are FREE on HIGHLIFE CARD or pay at the reception, £5. 50 for Adults and £3. 20 for Children.

- Classes at Charleston Academy are PRICED: £4 for Adults and £3 for Children.

- Karate SUITS /GI for Adults and Children will be available at a discounted price. Additional gear such as SUIT /GI Badges /Embroidery, Hoodie's, Jackets and T-Shirts are also available at Klas Klothing.

- Advisable to invest in EQUIPMENT such as a GROIN GUARD, CHEST GUARD (Women), TEETH GUARD and a pair of SPARRING MITTS.

- Regular COMPETITIONS and GRADINGS are held throughout the year for those wanting to progress.

-Team HKA are becoming more involved in INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. Next year we are competing in the World Championships in Dundee (June 2018) and the Europeans in Malta (October 2018). As well as many more to come!
