Highlander Hotel

Ideal place to stay for accessing the hills. Great staff, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Disabled access not the best and no disabled toilet in the main hotel.

Lovely place to stay if you are a walker...not so hot on DAD. No disabled toilets. Narrow doors too. Food is well presented and served. Proper full English breakfast in the morning.

Nice place to stay....if you are mobile. No disabled toilets. Doors to bedrooms too narrow and no handholds bar the hot towel rail or shower tap.

Lovely food Staff are professional and polite.efficient service. Well recommended base for walkers.

Small hotel in Newtonmore. Nice location just near by the local supermarket and a quick walk around one of the small "loch's" with quite a lot of ducks. Hotel itself is dated but the rooms have been renovated with a new toilet. Good breakfast served at a very early time for just a short period. Overall a good place to stay when exploring this area

A decent hotel fully equipped with everything you'll need for a few days or a week! The facilities were great and the breakfasts and service from the staff likewise. Plenty of off street private car parking, but it can be a bit of a squeeze if your late getting back to the hotel.

Great place clean and the staff where extremely friendly and nothing was a hassle to them . I arrived as a last minute as a work related problem meant I needed to stay overnight. They where so accommodating and the food not to bad . I will be back here agian for pleasure next time with my family

Good hotel but bar prices far too high.

Pros: some very attractive bar/wait staff, nice showers with heated towel racks. Cons: most uncomfortable beds of my trip. Everyone in my group complained. Should have saved the money on heated towel racks and bought some mattress pads at least. I think you could see spring marks on my back.

Staff friendly ,reasonably priced we were there on a deal ,rooms good and warm, however the bar/lounge would benefit from a TV
