You will be all too aware of the challenging environment we are all currently working in faced with the COVID-19 outbreak. While there are challenges ahead, we are working hard with our staff and IT providers to ensure continuity of business for all our clients. To help us with this and to protect both our clients and our staff we would politely ask that the following precautions are followed if you need to visit our office:
When you arrive please avoid shaking hands and if y...ou do make any personal contact, are handing over or receiving documents, please ensure that you wash your hands with soap and hot water, or use the hand sanitisers provided. We are ensuring that all door handles etc are regularly wiped down.
We are asking that clients visit our office only if it is necessary and instead use the telephone, email or our website “contact us” page for communications where possible. We are also offering clients the option to talk to us via Skype. This gives you the flexibility to receive advice direct from us wherever you are but still have the personal touch of speaking to us face to face.
We thank you for your understanding in these difficult times.
