Hilton Coylumbridge

Nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff.
There are two swimming pools on site, one deeper with most adults use and another at 0.9m which is warmer and great for children.
In the lobby there is entertainment each night, soloists and bands doing covers usually with sometimes other acts. A great place to spend the evening as nice couches for the adults to relax and planet space for the kids to have a good time.

Once again peeps "Outstanding" ok granted rooms may need slightly updated, but are clean and in order. Staff in every area of the hotel are faultless, professional, polite and excellent. Great to see a lot of existing staff members like young Lewis "who is everywhere" by the way and always a great help. Also all our friends in the bistro, where we usually eat. Food and service is always amazing. Keep up the good work team.

Facilities were excellent, swimming pool to saunu etc. Great selection of restaurants. We eat in the Italian, buffet style with great choice. Breakfast was excellent and again buffet style. Had our 1 year old and staff were excellent and accomadating. My only grip was our room was dated and could do with a spruce up. Bed very comfortable but as I say just dated.

Really nice friendly staff from front of house all the way to the room cleaners. Made our visit with our 2 young girls (1&2) really enjoyable no problem was to big to handle and all our requirements were well met. The hotel is quite warm but the room was equipped with 2 plug in fans so no problems there! We will Definitely be returning again!

Other than the bath tub full of hair... And the house keeper coming to clean it. And not even cleaning it, then having to call again to have it cleaned... this time she actually brought cleaning supplies and cleaned the hair that ran from the tub to the ceiling. If they missed that when the last person checked out it makes me wonder if the toilet was wiped or the bedding was changed. By hair I don't mean hair from your head either. But other than that. The food was good and the pool was great. Not the Hilton experience I expected or paid for.

Pretty basic for a Hilton. No elevator but nice sized room and very good breakfast.

Fantastic place, been coming back 2-3 times a year. Staff are really good with the children.

Location was great. Close by to the ski resort and numerous other activities, walk etc. Hotel food was fantastic although drinks were rather pricey. I'm a cocktail fan but I wouldn't pay 10pound for a cosmopolitan and the selection of rose wine wasn't that great although we only went to the Inverdruie for diner. The facilities were all very nice. Pool was warm and pleasant. The double room we stayed in was pleasant. The safe was positioned in front our wardrobe so was rather awkward gettin in and out of it but furniture bed and bathroom was all very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel had live music on both nights which was nice to enjoy after our meal. Overall experience was great and would come back and maybe take kids with us next time.

Its a little bit dated and the rooms could do with an update. Drinks are very expensive especially soft drinks. Food is excellent but be careful in booking a table for the main restaurant. You may be restricted to the buffet option. Facilities are great - the on site soft play is very good. The activities on offer and scenery of the surrounding area make it a great base.
