Stayed in this Hotl recently on a business trip. The hotel itself is easy to get to and offers a good location if visiting the city.

Check-in was fine, and the room offered what was required. The room, I felt, was fairly standard and didn't jump out as anything special. Similar to what I had at The Village Hotel across the river a few weeks previous.

Food in the bar/restaurant was good for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was good, too.

I would stay again. However, for the price, I would probably go back to The Village Hotel

We had a lovely trip visiting the Hilton. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it. My only two downsides from the trip were the breakfast and dinner were a bit bland in flavour and the dinner menu could do with some more vegetarian options. And secondly, as we are a throuple we would have preferred to book a king room for 3 people rather than a double double room, but there was no option for 3 people to a king room.

Stayed here last week for the first time. Was extremely impressed. Service was top notch.
Rooms were very good. Breakfast was good. I'm a Hilton Diamond member who usually stays in Asia. This was that level of room and service. Still surprised a week later!!

Centrally located - near many of the city's attractions, and a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the front desk was top notch. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff was great, and food tasty. This is a great hotel for couples; clean, safe and close to Sauchiehall Street. Everyone who works here went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Glasgow.

Rooms have been updated and new lighting makes them so much better, comfortable too.
Arrived early and there was a room the same available so they let us check in early.
Great diamond upgrade, much appreciated, liked the new lounge and offerings.
Bar area is nice, good breakfast and friendly, efficient staff.

Good clean hotel. A little dated now. Could use some minor upgrades but nothing is awful. One small thing- the underground parking lot is very narrow- navigate it carefully.

Loved the function I attended. Friendly, helpful staff. Great meal served in a timely manner. Fantastic entertainment. Would love to return stay.

Top quality venue with elite prices. Been here a few times for personal and business trips. Cant complain about anything other than function prices for drinks on the night being extortionate (seems regular throughout central Glasgow, Edinburgh and London).
Attend events for award ceremonies here regularly and they always have the wow factor.

Nice hotel. Plenty of space throughout. Room had iron, tv, minibar and safe. Was very quiet even facing the motorway. Huge choice of breakfast, buffet style. Very close to the new office buildings in the West and only a 15 Mon walk from the rail station

The day before we were at The Titanic in Liverpool where the rooms and hotel are amazing at a very good price. We then came to the Hilton where we have stayed many times. We upgraded to an executive room but it is not much better than a standard room. It has a balcony, which you would hardly use with the north weather, and access to the executive lounge, which is just like an executive lounge at airports. We will probably try to get a hotel with more modern rooms next time we visit Glasgow but not sure the choice is there. Will have to have a look.

Enjoyed my three days stay here. Indoor pool with steam room and sauna room as well as whirlpool. Ordered room service - excellent foods

Attended a wedding function here. Staff were brilliant. Food delivery was great and nothing was too much for the waitresses. With 500+ guests it was impressive how standards were maintained.

Friendly staff, brilliant size room for the family. Views over Glasgow were great. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was very very good. Variety of different choices on offer for both hot and cold food and also good catering for Coealic too. Definitely recommend this Hilton hotel experience.

They might as well put up a "Whites Only" sign at their pool area (Living Well gym). I was told I could check out the free weights and pool area before deciding to get a membership. I was subsequently ushered out by a staff member who was being very nasty to me. He told me that some lady in the pool area felt "uncomfortable." He later made up bullshit reasons as to why she felt uncomfortable- first my shoes (that was my bad, I didn't see the sign). When I offered to take them off and put on my swim trunks, he flat out told me to leave.

When a Trump-loving American thinks you're racist, you are actually f**king racist. Never thought I'd be treated like this at the Glasgow Hilton. Outside of this one bad experience, the people of Glasgow have been the kindest and most welcoming people I've ever met. This is a wonderful city, just avoid the Hilton.
