Great room, fantastic location, lovely staff. Service at the restaurant was fast and efficient. No breakfast service but cold food was delivered to the room which for us was fine... as there for the location and a healthy break- not fried eggs, bacon and black puddings!

We stayed for two weeks in one of the suites and loved the hotel and the area. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was super comfy. Excellent bath and shower. The grounds are beautiful with easy access to stunning hikes in the backyard. Be sure to find the trail down to the riverside that’s just past the hotel on the left. Restaurant food and service were excellent. Massages in the spa are reasonably priced and very good. Above all, the staff is amazing. Each person was friendly and helpful. The manager went way beyond the call of duty to help us with a problem (not related to the hotel). We highly recommend this property and plan to return next year.

This place is GORGEOUS! I could live here. It's huge with amazing views. Milk does not get delivered on Sundays which would have been nice to know. I highly recommend staying here. They do charge for electric which I never heard of in my life.
Plus+++ laundry is downstairs, sauna! and a jacuzzi.

Kind staff is always at the front desk. Spacious suite room, but without bath tub, kind of disappointing to me. The sofa is big but it is not comfortable, probably due to the hardness. So I spent my time in the room mostly on the comfortable bed. I like the two story gym and enjoyed also steam bath and dry sauna. Table tennis and billiard room is a plus! Highly recommended.

Good, we have a membership here, fine temperature pools , the pool sizes, variation and depths are great, fine changing rooms, showers are a not the best but quite good staff and great other activities that her than swimming like sauna, steam room, hot spa tub, table tennis, tennis, squash or snooker, the restaurant is quite good, over all would recommend if you live in the area or a nice place to stay if visiting. Only issue being the changing rooms could be nicer and showers could be better specifically the heat and the fact you have to push them down every 5 seconds that is really my only complaint! Great place over all

Meh. Rooms were great and the front of house polite. Worst food I've ever eaten in any hotel chain. Food in the village is great though so eat out for all three meals of the day.

It was good, but there was no gym, there should be more kid relayed things and a better playground.

Waited 25 minutes for a budweiser to turn up in the lounge area. Service was nowhere near as good as it has been when we stayed a year ago. Sharpen up Hilton.

This is an extraordinary and attractive resort, set in the tranquil Cairngorms National Park. There are amenities galore and abundant sights, sites, activities and events close at hand or an easy drive away. We visited in late September, when the fall colors were just showing and it was quite cool each day. The staff is friendly and helpful (no surprise there!).

Nice country club and lodges. Could do with refreshing the decor in the lodge a bit.

Such a special location, so peaceful. I can't wait til it's time to come again.

Set in magnificent grounds, with views of mountains and hills the food is excellent and not sky high prices.the gym is well stocked to,meet the new and those who use a gym daily. The swimming pool has two walls of glass with wonderful views. A treat of a hot tub steam room and sauna. A must to spend a day if you are traveling in the area.

Great place to kick back and relax in a lovely location. Suites are cleaned to a very high standard and service in the restaurant and lounge was great with attentive staff. Suites are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Would have liked to see better wines available and staff uniforms looked quite scruffy. Other than that staff was very nice and always provided a high service standard.

Pleasant hotel in a very nice location in Ballater - clean comfortable rooms, decent bathroom and shower. Country club facilities were average, the pool was fine but the steam room/sauna were a bit dated. Bar is a nice social area, food in the restaurant is not bad either. It would have been nice to have been given a brief introduction to the area, getting about, a small map as is usually the case with smaller establishments.

Fantastic lodges within scenic park area. Abundance of wildlife right outside the window, including red squirrels! Very attentive staff and a great standard of facilities. Highly recommended!

Lodges at the hotel are furnished to a high quality, parking right outside each lodge. Enjoyed the visit from Santa and his reindeer. Leisure facilities are great with 2 pools, jacuzzi and baby pool

The drive here from Edinburgh was stunning, the hotel is stunning! We stayed in a suite which was very accommodating. Facilities are plentiful with extremely helpful staff. Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in UK :-)
