just would like to say Hippo was a very easy company to deal with when looking to lease a new car. Jake took me through the whole process and was more than helpful every time i spoke with him. Adding the fact that i live over 200miles away from the show room i was taking a massive risk when taking out the lease agreement with out seeing the car until the day it arrived on my driveway and i was not disappointed one bit. the car was every bit as good as Jake had said it was. Will definitely be recommending Hippo to friends and family and will be in contact when its time for an upgrade.

I would like to say what a great company you are, you guys are professional and very efficient.



Secondly, I would like to specially mention one of your account manager -- Daniel Liggins, he has been exceptional from day one when I made the request of getting a car, he is a friendly, professional and a man who always kept his word, e.g when he say he will call me back, he did. Also even when I try to call back and if he wasnt at the desk, he always called me back, definetly a company asset. At the end of the call when I said thank you for all his help, he said he is just doing his job.



I have asked him for your email, as I feel that when one of the employee done an exceptionally good job, they deserved to be recognized, people like Daniel is hard to find these days and would you please pass on my thanks onto him.



Finally, I would like you to know that whenever I have friends/family member that thinking of getting a car, I will definietly recommened you guys to them.

I had a great experience from start to finish with my car lease. Ross Boys was fantastic and kept me well informed every step of the way. Brilliant customer service from Ross would definitely recommend Thank you!

I’d stay well away from this company!! I received an Audi from them in November, came damaged front and back end, bad brakes, locks did not work. Had the car a couple of days and then had to be returned for 2 weeks, in the end yes I received a courtesy car which I had to basically fight for. the car completely stopped working around 3 weeks ago, this company showed no empathy whatsoever!! I was left with no car for four days (and even then they left it down to me to sort). The company lack in customer service, and clearly do not care on their customers!!
