Lovely vehicle, there was an issue with the wrong number plates being supplied with the vehicle but that was soon sorted .

Visited on a weekend, walked round inside. There was about 4 salesmen in the corner all having a laugh and talking, they saw us walking round and not one person Came to ask if we needed any help, I had to walk over felt a bit intimidated. Finally I got some help I had a couple of issues personally with buying the car so I had to walk away and have a think about it. A week went by and I rung to buy the car and A guy answered the phone his attitude was disgusting. Obviously he has too much money in the bank and doesn’t care about selling a car. Maybe it’s because I’m not buying a Lamborghini and spending £350,000 ? I’m not sure. Definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I came today to have a look at 2 vehicles from your selves which I was interested in, the jaguar fpace and the discovery sport. I viewed both then asked if I could have a test drive to be told you don’t allow test drives until a deal/finance has been made. I’m not sure who would complete a deal with a vehicle first then to have a test drive second. This isn’t my first car I have purchased so I find it very odd that this is your policy. The sales representative who I was speaking to told me this is the rules as it’s a family business and why do I need to test drive, all cars drive the same �

He then decided I could have a test drive and went to get the plates however I then decided I wouldn’t feel comfortable purchasing from yourselves.

Great car salesman, however when you have a problem don't expect them to help. We had a record of issues dating back to a month after our purchase of a Land Rover then just over 6 months from purchase the engine completely failed with a seized crankshaft putting our family in great danger and they haven't even offered one single penny of a contribution towards its replacement engine leaving us with a repair bill of £9800 and no car! They even accused us of faking the diagnostic reports from

Land Rover and an independent garage which both came to the same conclusion of a seized crankshaft.

Hippo sell cars that are of unsatisfactory quality and not fit for purpose!

Starting to think it's a completely different car than we agreed to purchase too with different millage and tinted windows ( picture of one we were buying didn't have tinted windows questioned this apparently done since pictures had been taken! )

Maybe great in the sales room but as soon as have a problem they don't want to know!

Awful company to deal with, with shocking customer service. Unbelievably childish and unprofessional in their communication with dissatisfied customers.
