Flame and Bobbin were feeling the love today ❤️ being in and having limited turn out means some of the horses are lacking in the chance for mutual grooming, reassurance and just a friendly play fight from other horses so we're are trying to help them feel a bit more "horse" Everyone in the poorly barn really has appreciated it - apart from Tippy who reared bolt up right in her stable and tried to eat poor Bobbin..... Who wasn't even remotely bothered 😂

****IMPORTANT **** Unfortunately Hobby Farm Equestrian has sadly found itself with a strangles outbreak. This is obviously a devastating blow as our new venture was about to open its doors. We have a vet coming today for any liveries that would like to talk directly to the vet. There will now be strict guidelines on isolation and prevention of it spreading. This means no horses in or out. We are beyond gutted but these things happen and have happened to the best yards aroun...d. There is no blame to be given, it's just an unfortunate situation. Future show rider 😂 Alice has claimed our new riding school horse for herself!

Tipstar had her first hair cut for awhile and was a star 🌟 who needs a headcollar?! 😂 thankyou to Eve for doing such a fantastic job! Eve has been working her way through our new riding school horses and ponies getting them tidy and smart ready for lessons at the end of January, we're getting excited now!!!

Percy seems to have found a friend in naughty little pumpkin, hopefully he's offering some good advice on how to behave seeing as it's not really pumpkin's strong point.....!!!!

14.1hh 11yo Black Welsh mare being sold as a project as has been out of work since summer through no fault of her own! Before coming to us she was being used for pony club activity’s. She needs a light weight strong rider as can be mareish hence why we are sadly selling her as we own a riding school and whilst she hacks out in company like a dream she won’t appreciate being ridden by novices in the school! This pony is an absolute stunner and with the right rider will be a star! £1500.00ono
