A one-time busy fishing village, it is now a peaceful retreat for visitors who love the charm and gentle ambience of the community. Crovie faces west onto the Moray Firth and in the summer amazing sunsets can be enjoyed, whilst in the winter months the Northern Lights can sometimes be seen.
Although a real retreat, Crovie is close to the many atmospheric fishing villages all along the north east coastline, each with their own history and charm. . . . . . and the nearest pub is just over a mile away - so you're never far from a bit of local company and expert advice on the best dram to quench your thirst.
