Holiday Inn Express Dundee

Nice clean rooms in a good city centre location. Included breakfast was good but would have liked jam as well as marmalade or Nutella for toast.

Tired and in need of refurbishment. The first rooms we had were in the centre of the second floor. One facing forward suffered from road noise. The one in the quiet zone to the rear was above restaurant extraction fans and also refrigeration plant which came on about every twenty minutes during the night. Both rooms had drafty windows, needed repainting and grouting in the bathroom. We asked to be moved and the staff were fantastic, finding us rooms on the third floor overlooking gellatly Street. Better rooms and far quieter. Hopefully with a lot of new capacity opening in Dundee this hotel will get refurbished up to a standard that matches the friendly and helpful staff.

Good location opposite the Tay road bridge. Has a small quite bar and breakfast is a good standard. Staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed their several times.

Comfortable beds, good customer service convenient location and nice views

Checked in on the Saturday for September Weekend staying for 2 night. Arrived earlier than planned but fortunately our room was ready. Top floor with river view, just as requested. Parking was convenient, as didn't get wet when going to and from hotel. Location was excellent. Lovely walk from hotel to main shopping centre then onto bars and restaurants. Felt safe at all times. Breakfast was buffet style. Beans, sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. Toast. Hot beverages. Room was adequate for our stay. Good size TV. Good size shower with hot water. Didn't use the hotel bar facilities, so can't comment on this. First visit to Dundee but will define be back and would definitely stay here. This is a perfect location to visit the overpriced but beautiful St Andrews. It took us approximately 20 minutes to drive.

Rooms were nice and modern, hotel easy to get to, friendly staff, breakfast was decent.

I love the people who work here...they are almost like my family as I come here every month...to visit with my beautiful big brother was was run over in 1977

Clean, comfy, well located accommodations. Friendly service. But no gym! Seriously!? No gym? The only bad thing really.
