An extra star for the friendliness of the staff.
Nice rooms with free Wi-Fi (couldn't manage to connect though) and breakfast included. Needs to improve breakfast variety. Poor soundproofing is not an issue until 'active Tuesday' is on and eventually you are part of a platonic trio. No nasty surprises hygiene-wise which is always a bonus!

Nice location and reasonable price including breakfast. Very polite staff at reception. Clean room with coffee and tea making facilities. It's a typical budget hotel that does its job well

Stayed for 1 night while away with work. Very impressed with the hotel. Very Clean. Pleasant staff. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast. Free WiFi was painfully slow

The location is perfect if your visiting M&Ds amusement park. There is a restaurant which serves carvery only next door and others within the amusement park. There are also vending machines within the hotel lobby. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the included breakfast which was served in a continental buffet style with eggs, sausages and beans on offer. Our room was big enough to fit a travel cot and it had all things needed for a comfortable stay. We did find the bed slightly small and too soft for our liking but we can be quite particular about beds, I have certainly had worse!

Very good experience. Stayed here for a week. The staff are very nice. 1 of the review earlier claimed they only had 1 power socket. 2 rooms I had stayed on had 3 power sockets 1 for kettle 2 empty ones below the desk. I wish we had a few more. It was fine.

The breakfast can still be improved. Can't complain it's an excellent price for such a good location.

Very basic, but clean. Breakfast area is a mess, breakfast also is very basic. Not enough power outlets in the room (just one usable, which you have to share with the kettle).

Good location, new hotel, breakfast not as good as other holiday inns

I stayed in this girl for 3 days.. And here is my experience.Staff are very rude.. No hot water after 8:00AM.. Breakfast is very limited options. We have asked for hot milk for my kid staff mentioned they don't have.. Room cleaning okay.. i will never recomend this goal to any one..

Basic, but great value for money. Stayed here lots on sports weekends and never had any issues. Good prices if you book early too.
