Holistic Fitness Approach Description
Hi. My name is Arturs, same name as Arthur only spelled differently : ) I am 30 years young and have lived in England for almost 8 years now. I have a passion for fitness and health hence qualified as personal trainer. I am particularly interested in outdoor exercises, gymnastics, HIIT, calisthenics, home based workouts, circuit training, trx, resistance band exercises, functional training, yoga. I work at Lichfield but could travel nearby to suit the client needs.

If you don't have any equipment have a look on the list of exercises in the picture, choose 1 from each muscle group and do 3-4 rounds, 45seconds per exercise. No rest between exercises and 2 minute rest after each round. Save it as you can use it for future training. This will be great whole body conditioning.
Day of active rest. Being active between training days not only will help achieving results faster but also will improve recovery between your training sessions.
This book(as well as many others) has given me good knowledge about bodyweight training and how to achieve great strength and health with minimal equipment. Contact me if you are interested in home based training and would like to get fit and healthy without even going to gym.
