Hollywood Bowl Dunfermline

We booked two games for a group of 7 at the weekend. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome, got us set up on the lane, found lighter balls and took a drinks order. Any issues with pins getting stuck were sorted immediately as the staff were keeping an eye on lanes coming round with Strike stickers. It was my son's birthday (although we hadn't told staff) and had an excellent afternoon. We will definitely be back.

We attended the bowlplex as a treat for my youngest son during the school holidays. The staff were very helpful and we even did a small treasure hunt they had arranged which resulted in my son gaining an extra treat. We pre-booked our lane and it was ready for us promptly and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone. X

Visited tonight for the first time since it changed management. Very impressed with the staff, very friendly and helpful.

Took my kids to Bowlplex on Saturday we had an amazing night lots of fun for all ages me being the biggest kid ha i loved the pacman game ha!!! Food was amazing & a family bowl at a great price i wish this would come to Perth!! The staff were so friendly & helpful :)

The new refurbishment has made this such a fun family place. Great to go anytime �

Such an improvement now that's it has been refurbished and was really nice inside. All staff were very friendly.

Massive thanks to the lovely Amy who looked after us today at my son's party. Amy was a absolute natural with the kids and she looked after us so well. Thank you Amy from lewis and the crazy boys x

Loved this place staff very helpful loads you keep the kids happy. Cafe overpriced but good food

Great time as usual. I do have to say the last time we were there we had a few issues with our lane and the lane next to ours. Although the staff were clearly harassed and busy they spent the time to fix everything. Not only that but as we had children who were getting agitated with the length of time our game was stopped. We were given a free game which made all the difference . Not only that but due to the issues 1 girl went out her way to get us a free game the next time we went back (yesterday). The customer service was top notch and I would highly recommend it. Only slight issue is the lack of staff. This in no way should reflect on the staff there but they can become very harassed when I becomes busy so it would be worth hiring like minded people for peak times.

Great end to our evening didn't bowl this time but did all the rest. The adults enjoyed the fun as much as the grandchildren x

Great day out but the cafe is very expensive. I also ordered juice which was expensive but when she asked for payment it was more. There was only one price on the menu. Think I was done.

A huge thank you to your Dunfermline team, especially Lou for making our Son Archie’s birthday party a great success. They all had a fantastic time. Nothing was any bother and it meant that both my husband and I could relax and enjoy the party too. �

The game play was as I would have expected and was enhanced by the lovely new upgraded decor. Not keen on the arcade area though, very noisy.

Brilliant time at Bowlplex staff were absolutely lovely. Just a pity about the price, rather expensive, would love to come more often but just couldn't afford it.

A great day out with the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed our 1st experience would go back again for sure ��But unfortunately we would avoid the Cafe the cost a bit over the top example a Hotdog a Sausage on a dry roll no onions no chutney a small bowl of chips and a trace of cheese having been melted on top and not short of £3 each No avoid the cafe a poor service �����

Very friendly staff and had a great time would come back only down fall was when I went to the toilet couldn’t find one okay cubicle ...they were either clogged up with poo or toilet roll �

Had a fantastic time when we did eventually get on the lanes. However what let it down was, we were told that there would be a lane available at 16.50 to which my friend and I though was okay. We then returned at 16.40 to be told that we would have to wait a further thirty minutes due to a lane not being available. We had booked the bowling at 14.50!

However upon looking at some of the lanes, they appeared to be empty and there wasn't anyone waiting to use them!

Other than that it was a great day out, just think time management needs to be improved.
