Had Katies 12th birthday party on Friday night. Highly recommend this venue. Richard and his team were amaizing! From food to cake etc and super with all the kids. Just perfect thanxs again guys. ☆☆☆☆☆

Great experience from start to finish never ever had any problems. Took the kids yesterday staff at the desk very pleasant and the other girls who were on hand were great, well mannered, and made our stay a whole load of fun for the kids.

Great day out staff were great looked after my grandson as it was his birthday they took the trouble to bring out a cake that we had bought and choc muffins for the boys at the bowling party I would highly recommend it

Booked the teen party package for 16 Albion Rovers Community FC players as an end of season celebration night and have just left the complex. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and no problems or complaints. We had to wait for a couple of late arrivals and the staff were understanding and even set the lanes up ready for us to walk straight on to. Pitcher drinks were ordered and these arrived promptly and ideal for the 3 lanes. The meal was then served in the restaurant and everything cooked and tasted excellent. No complaints and also no food left over as all was eaten which proved how good it was. 2 scoops of ice cream was also delivered and again was spot on for all the players. Staff were very helpful and friendly and any questions were answered on how or where things would occur. Would look to use again as all players enjoyed the night and the staff deserve extra mention for the help and delivery of service they provided.

16 of us visited Hollwood Bowl at Coatbridge today for a family get together/ celebration. Ages ranging from 3-65!

A brilliant time had by all. It’s been years since we’ve been and I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and modern it looked. Loved the VIP lanes which we were bowling on. Would definitely recommend these!

All staff friendly. Thanks to barman- didn’t catch his name, Young guy dark hair. Thanks also to Lisa for helping book/ organise it.

Won’t leave it so long until our next visit!

We had a great afternoon out at the bowling and playing in the amusements. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked online for the bowling and a drink each offer. Only thing is the drinks attached to the offer are only what’s on draft so we had to pay extra for the kids fruit shoots. It may state this when you book but we didn’t notice. Didn’t I fat on our afternoon though just wanted to let others know.

Take grand kids they love it staff nice attitude. good place to pass hour or two.

It is a bit pricey but as it was my son (4) first time they gave him a trial game free which I thought was nice. Busy at weekend. You can just ask for 1 child game and split it between adult n child to keep cost down. Then hit McDonalds after it across road. Barrbridge is good too as they do 2 meals for less than 10 quid.

Great place, good fun, our party really enjoyed, all great with the exception of the toilets that need a bit of attention

It has been revamped and has a nice VIP area , £4 each extra for glow in the dark pins, comfy seated area and service for food and drinks,, pressed the service call button as soon as we sat down to order however waited 20 mins to place an order for our kids burgers and the time it came our game was over so we were asked to leave the VIP area and sit on the bit you put your shoes on ,,, that was the only disappointing thing but overall it was a good family night out

Good fun but a bit too expensive for it to be a regular activity

Really poor service. You stand in a queue to be redirected to another queue for reservations only to then be told go back in the line you were already in. Counted 7 lanes free and was told there was an half an hour wait. Next group of people got straight in with no reservation. I guess that's because I only had a child and they had 4 adults - More $$$.
