complete shambles of a place they do not put through special offers as displayed on shelves and as for payin card machine was broke made to feel it was my card that was wrong had to eventually pay cash

Very disappointed while I wait patiently to get served, this afternoon. A cashier requests another till be opened and six back in the queue behind me is a member of staff who shouts to the cashier, "which till is opening?" "Till 3" is the reply and off pops the member of staff to till 3 to be served first. Does she think the rest of us are waiting for the good of our health. To me this is a total abuse by the employee and a disgrace to the store.

Not impressed today with staffs attitude when asked for help about an item. Not the first time this has happened.
