A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us thus far in the Tesco bags of help, we really appreciate it☺️ we will have our slot at both Banff & Fraserburgh stores until late December, so keep popping them in! The money raised from this will help us continue delivering our popular groups across the deveron valley area through 2019😁

Was lovely to see some new mums & mum to be at our breast feeding group today & making new friendships, this is what Home-Start is all about☺️ this group is on every Thursday morning at our office on carmelite Street, from 10am

This week is #TrusteesWeek Home-Start schemes across Scotland rely on their board of trustees to reach families & support our volunteers. We were busy this morning at Allsorts, making our Santa letters, new experiences of learning to use scissors and then off to the Post Box...lets hope Santa sends a reply back to tell us we are on the nice list x 🎅🤶

Tomorrow evening at the Deveronside club in Banff the hilarious Alan bissett will be performing his one man show: the Moira Monologues. Tickets can be bought via this link or you can pay at the door on the night. This is a fundraising event for CLAPA (cleft lip & palate association) with proceeds from the raffle & lucky square on the night going to home-start Deveron & the safehaven projects, a charity who supports disadvantaged children affected by the 2006 tsunami in Indonesia, giving them opportunities to create their futures www.safehavenprojects.org.uk

Hi everyone! For the next couple of months we have been chosen as one of 3 local charities to benefit from Tesco bags for help. You can find our slot in both Banff & Fraserburgh stores, we are looking to raise funds for the continuation of our groups supporting families with children under 5yrs across the Deveron valley area. We’d really appreciate your support☺️

Today we bid the fondest of farewells to one of our trustees, Edie who has been with us since 2004! She first started as a home-visiting volunteer & moved on to become a trustee a few years later. We have had some fun & laughter along the way & we will all miss your guidance & support you’ve given to everyone. Hope you enjoyed your afternoon & we all wish you all the best in the new chapter of your life☺️

“Happy Halloween” we all had a fun party this morning and even tried to “Dook”for apples 🎃👻 and some great firework and halloween pictures made too ❤️xx

What a lovely time I had this morning at the Fairy Woods with our Foggie Stay and Play group. During the term we have been working on the theme ‘All About Me’, the children made pictures of themselves and their family and some of their favourite things, the children brought a show and tell from home and we tried some of the favourite foods at snack time.

Sounds like a good night 😊
