Home Technology Integration (HTI) was founded with the firm belief that the right technology can help make our lives better, enhance our entertainment experience, allow us to be more energy efficient and, correctly installed, should always be easy to use.

The following provides a quick overview of HTI:

*Scotland’s largest home integrator of audio /visual, data, heating & lighting control and total home automation by turnover and no. of employees.

*We have a client focussed ethos – “Your Space, Your Way” – it’s you that defines the brief, not the tech. Through our technical expertise and manufacturer relationships we can then deliver the most appropriate solution. We are not tied to specific solutions.

*We provide a ‘turnkey’ service, from tender specification and CAD design, to site installation and ongoing customer care.

*We have installed systems to over 4, 000 homes via relationships with over 100 developer clients and a myriad of private clients. We know how to bring a project to completion, whether for a large organisation /contractor or a one off self builder.

*Private clients work cover rooms from 400sq ft to homes of 30, 000 sq ft in the UK and abroad. Projects of note include homes for Colin Montgomerie, Stewart Milne & Rory Bremner, prestige developments for S1 Developments and CALA homes, as well as hotels like the 5 star Chambers Hotel /Apartments on Advocates Close, Edinburgh.

*Proven track record with developers helping leverage specification to aid sales (we support the sales team with individual client attention, meeting every homebuyer before they move in, to explain the benefits of their home, and helping them create a bespoke system design to suit their requirements).
