Visited this store many times, always find what we're looking for. Staff are pleasant

So much more choice now that homebase is Australian owned.

Home DIY is very competitivr market, items I might be looking for may not all be stocked here which results in me going to the other big DIY outlet nearby.

Very helpful staff at the paint aisles and at the wallpaper station also at the checkout where I enquired about a product and because it was out of stock the female assistant ordered it in from another store and I will collect it on

I always get a wee garden ornament or plant. Prices decent but never any staff around to help. It's like cat and mouse you shout excuse me they disappear up the next aisle. Not enough staff in shop.

Helpful staff with adequate product knowledge. The guy in the wheelchair (forgot name) was friendly and professional.
