OK but not a great selection of the materials I was after, and the member of staff at counter looked like she wanted to be somewhere else

How the hell did you know I was in your shop?...I didn't even buy anything...just to look...this is an invasion of privacy sending me emails like this when I didn't even give you my email...

Was very helpful no problem taking back faulty goods.

Poor customer service. Wanted a hand held spray bottle but not able to find. At cash out, I asked the member of staff if they had any and explain I had looked in all the obvious places. She said that they probably didn't have any. She didn't offer to check.

Cheaper since new owners took over.

Handy if you are need hardware though this store wore expensive than B&Q.
