Hope Farm, Dorset

Hope Farm is a local family-run business in the heart of rural West Dorset. As well as the beautiful Coach House accommodation, in 2017 we look forward to our new Shepherd's Hut for 2, and the opening of Hope Barn as an exciting new rustic wedding venue.

Hope a Farm is run by Sue, Nigel and their son Matt. They are all excited to be expanding their range of accommodation, as well as venturing into the world of wedding venue hire, all in 2017! It's going to be a busy year. . .

Around and about: We have a 40 acre farm situated in its own valley, surrounded by hills and woodland. Our flock of sheep, of the North Country mule breed, graze in the fields. We lamb every spring. We also keep Red Devon cattle and a few pigs. Very popular with our guests are the alpacas we keep for fun and for their wool. We have an assortment of ducks on the pond and the free range chickens provide us with lots of eggs.

There are some lovely walks on the farm either up the hills to take in the stunning views or through the woodland and along the stream running through the farm.
