NO ONE GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS!! I'm sitting in work in tears, they have ruined my dress. I paid £110 for the dress and put it in to get altered the day of purchase and its been completely ruined. I phoned the shop as soon as I got back to work and tried the dress on - i explained that the back of the dress is so short and the front is at least 3/4 inches longer - It looks horrific. The woman was so rude and said she can assure me that thats the way the dress was made!!! Of course it wasnt !!!!! She just wanted an argument and went of the defensive straight away frown emoticon I am heart broken all i wanted for her was to say come in to the shop and we'll have a look and try sort it out. Everyone one on my facebook has seen my posts over the last few weeks trying to find the perfect dress and £110 might not be a lot of money to some people but i saved up for this. I cant believe this has happened I am absolutely devestated. Even more gutted at the womans customer service and her attitude. Thanks so much for ruining the one christmas night out that i had planned - Im not going now. No doubt this post will be deleted but avoid this place at all costs if you can!!

Awful business. I have been taking my office dresses here for the past 2 years until I realised they had been overcharging me with the price of evening dresses. When I complained about it the woman there got all defensive and basically lied to my face and never gave me my money back. Never going back there again.
