Hospices of Hope is the leading palliative care charity in South Eastern Europe and we are dedicated to improve the life of the terminally ill in Romania and surrounding countries by increasing access to hospice care and training.

In the UK, the hospice movement has grown only due to the generosity of individuals and businesses. The difference is that most people who live in Romania, Serbia and Moldova have so much less to give. That is why we need your help.
