we got our hot tub from Hot Tub Solutions in April....the best purchase for many years . Matt is a super knowledgeable guy who steered us to make the correct selection ...we use the tub almost every night before bed ..very relaxing ...we used to be glued to the tv ...now we actually face each other and have a conversation ...the after sales and advice on tap is a mega bonus . I'd recommend this company without hesitation .

I was recommended to puchase a hot tub of Matt after many vists to LazyDays Cottages where he supplied with their hot tubs. We have now had our tub sine December 18/12/16. Can't rate Matt and his team highly enough. They've had such patience whilst we made the big decision, and so obliging with the hire tub beforehand. First class installation and support through the "learning curve" of hot-tub ownership.

As soon as you meet Matt you feel comfortable to part with your money. He is genuine not a pushy sales person and very professional. I have been a pest, changed my mind and the tub but he was supportive all the way from viewing the tub to installing the tub. It was a very cold February morning in fife they arrived on time and talked my husband through everything including how to use the sound system. The only fault I have is it takes 24 hrs to warm up and I can't wait. Thank you Matt and your buddy for a great purchase and shopping experience. Alicia and Craig

Absolutely fantastic, first class service, Matt couldn't do enough, nothing was too much trouble, (believe me I had a thousand questions as it was a surprise for my hubbie) he puts you at ease with his expertise & knowledge. Drove for 40 minutes to get here. When we arrived, we had a look around then asked the lady a couple of questions about insulation, she couldn't answer any of them and couldn't have look any less interested if she tried. Complete waste of our time. Very poor customer service. We drove another 20 minutes to another hot tub showroom where all our questions were answered and the sales team couldn't have been any more helpful.

I wouldnt recommend this place! I tried to get my hot tub serviced and was met with a rude man not helpful at all! Was disappointed as he had came before but just didnt seem interested the 2nd time around.
