My onsuite room was always clean and tidy , the staff could not be friendlier , food was great .

Wow you could not make this place up what a dive; it was clearly a nice place 60 years ago but has never been touched since. The bar has been ruined by a terrible paint job and is full of kids late on a Saturday night blasting the music!!!!!
It was cold, our facilities were dirty, dated & defective, stank of stale, greasy food, manager was curt and unfriendly
The imperial served great food and drink. The staff were friendly and made my wife and I feel welcomed
