We purchased a highlife envoy nxt hottub from Hotspring Central and we have to say it has been the best decision we have ever made. Gail was so helpful and so informative it wasn't long before we knew we had found our perfect tub and also that we didn't want to buy from anyone else. The service is second to none and most importantly the customer service is exceptional. The installation team were very professional and knowledgeable and spent alot of time taking us through the workings of our hottub. Our new hottub is amazing, very spacious, fantastic massaging jets, easy to maintain and use, excellent quality and looks very elegant. We may only have had it a short time but we know it has been the best thing we have ever purchased. If you are thinking of buying a hottub go and see Gail and staff at Hotspring central you will not regret it. Thank you Hotspring Central we will definitely be recommending you to everyone.

We have our Relay Hot Spring hot tub installed late last year. We visited the Norwich NotCutts Garden Centre where they have a Hotsprings centre and the staff where very helpful in showing me the best suited hot tub for me and my family.

We where given all the relevant information and even received a promotion deal to have the music added and steps.

Once all the paperwork had gone through the delivery service was amazing and the gentlemen that installed it where very friendly and helped us explained the set up and what we needed ot do over the next couple of days.

If we where ever stuck with anything to do with the hot tub or the chemicals we just called the centre up and always have a easy and quick response from the people at Notcutts.



I could not recommend enough to even go and have a visit to Notcutts Garden centre in Norwich if you are thinking or considering a Hot tub for your family.

The staff are welcoming and do not pressure you into making any decision and help you wiht the fiancee plans and the best product to suit your family.

He has had his tub for 2 years now and our only regret is not getting one sooner. The service we have received from Hotsprings central thus far has been second to none. ALL staff have been extremely helpful, professional and most importantly understanding. Would recommend Hotsprings and their products without a doubt.

We can't thank Gail & her team enough for all the help & advice she gave us after buying a second hand Hot Springs Hot Tub. After a 260 mile drive the HotSprings team had it removed, wrapped & ready to go on our trailer in no time at all. Many thanks for such a professional service .

Quick response and great service. Engineer attended my faulty tub (purchased from elsewhere many years ago) in less than twenty four hours of making contact, and tub was fixed up and running again on first visit. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and also recommend to others.

Mega thanks to Gav & Keiron for the installation of our Monterey plug n play Hot Tub. Thank goodness we have good neighbours, in thru their garden and up over a 6ft fence but they did it.
