I had a problem returning an item to this shop a couple of years ago, but the owner was very proactive in sorting it and gave me a voucher to spend in the store as well as a full apology. I still shop there regularly.

This is a brilliant local shop - they have everything I've needed so far - door bells, chisels, stanley knives plus things like tea pots and nice tea towels for presents.
