It was my first time at Howard's End hairdressing as it was recommended by a work colleague. I wanted a totally different colour and cut and had a consultation with Richard prior to getting it done. On the day, richard and the team were very welcoming and had a lot of friendly banter. The final result was an amazing colour and cut and since then I've had nothing but compliments. I love coming here really friendly , polite and caring staff always ask if the water is to hot when I get my hair washed , always ask how I would like my hair cut +styled also ask if I would like a cup of tea or coffee
