We are looking to appoint Senior Support Workers to assist our teams of excellent Home Care workers across our services in North and South Lanarkshire.
... The role will operate on a permanent full-time basis and reflect the standard 7/14 shift pattern.
You will be required to: - ŌĆó Monitor services to ensure a high standard of care is being provided to our service users ŌĆó Report promptly any issues of concern to the Service Manager ŌĆó Supervise and support Home Care Support Workers ŌĆó Undertake spot checks ŌĆó Conduct field assessments ŌĆó Participate in staff meetings ŌĆó Be an ambassador for our services ŌĆó Cover care services as required ŌĆó Promote SSSC registration ŌĆó Support the ŌĆ£out of hoursŌĆØ service
