Food was outstanding, lovely atmosphere and very friendly and polite staff, never felt rushed just felt relaxed and at ease excellent portion sizes and I'm not a small person I like my food and felt there was plenty to offer. Highly recommend

So. Today. Busy because it's 'Friends Day' here today. The staff take your money and give you a raffle ticket. Someone else then produces your drinks and present it in raffle ticket order. FAIL! BIG FAIL! It took half an hour from paying to get two pints. Our pints had been poured and sat on the back shelf for fifteen minutes. The girl didn't even know what they were but we accepted them as they tasted better than what we'd ordered.

Oh; they wash and reuse Thai plastic pint pots! A young lad rinses them in warm water, lays them out to dry on the counter and then they are reused.

Had a fantastic meal 🍴. Service was great and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We'll definitely be back

First of all I don't give 5 stars unless it's deserved.
But myself and my wife had an amazing meal tonight.
Friendly and welcoming, just what's required and food is to die for.
Surf n Turf had the best tasting king prawns I've had and I've had many so that's quite a review.
Keep up the good work people!!

Booked a table with Hugo's for 7.30pm, turned up and was told that there were no spaces. Was told that we would have to wait 5 minutes for another table to become available. We waited for around 20 minutes before they finally seated us. Table was filthy from the previous occupants, we waited another 20 minutes for anyone to take our drinks order and we waited another 10 for them to arrive. By the time our food arrived it was 8.30pm and we were rather fed up. Food overall wasn't great only one of our party enjoyed their starter.
A rather unenjoyable experience on the whole. Would not recommend.
