My name is Alana and i work at bannatynes in perth. Im currently coming to the end of my HND fitness health and exercise course and my PDA level 3 personal trainer Award. Im a body combat instructor, i teach spin, aqua and aerobics. i have been on an incredible weight loss journey personally and i now want to help others acheive there weight loss goals and encorage everyone to get proactive about exercise. i believe nutrition is key, healthy balanced diet and regular exercise will get you results, forget the fad diets and weight loss pills.
