Tips for staying motivated ๐๐๐
1. Set goals. Start with simple goals and then progress to longer range goals.
2. Make it fun. Find a fitness class that you enjoy.
... 3. Put it on paper. Think of your workouts like important meetings at work. You wouldn't miss your meetings so why miss your workout?
4. Join forces with friends and family. Working out with someone means you are less likely to bail.
5. Reward yourself. Don't look at your workouts as a way to burn off something you shouldn't have eaten. Workout because you want to be fit and healthy.
6. Don't be to hard on yourself. Results don't happen over night. Small daily improvements add up to big changes... KEEP GOING!!!
